We have had mornings like this recently as well. It is amazing how strong are the sun's rays and how earnestly we seek them out when they play hide and seek with us.
Morning mist, shrouded sun and tree branches - this image and your exquisite haiku are the essence of Zen, lovely, lovely, lovely... so glad you are back!
